My name is Brian Jones. I have been a personal trainer since before some of you reading this were born. I got my start as a trainer when I was only a teenager. First in the sport of boxing and then in every field of fitness and strength and conditioning.
From teaching aerobic classes to training world champion athletes…I have done it.
I have trained regular everyday people looking to improve their health and fitness as well as world champion athletes…
Many times all in the same day.
I have combined all of my varied sports and fitness experience to design fun, result producing take no prisoner training programs. Helping people discover that they are stronger and tougher than they believed they were is my goal…actually it is my PASSION!
